The Colored Canyon

The huge boulder you see here is on the tour of the “Colored Canyon†that we went to on the Red Sea. I don’t know if this is the real name, but it was like one of those typical western canyons, that you could find in America.
On the tour, you went from open places, where you could admire the walls streaked with thousand shades of red-orange-brown-yellow, to really narrow passages, like the one in the picture above. Practically one huge rock, which blocks the way. I don’t know if it was put there on purpose or by some earthquake or other natural upheaval!
The only possibility is to pass underneath or jump over (which is kind of risky.) To pass underneath, you shouldn’t be too fat, though, because it is a narrow path! So I am wondering what would have happened, had there been anybody on the plump side in our group…
